Fort Bend Family Promise was formed on Valentine’s Day 2005 to provide support to homeless families with school-age children and help them move into permanent housing within a two-month time frame.
Family Promise works closely with families to overcome all the obstacles they face so they can return to self-sufficient living. After an individual family assessment, FBFP accommodates near-term needs and connects families to appropriate resources in the county for long-term independence.
