Kayla Robert, an accomplished young lady and sophomore at Prairie View A&M University, is in need of the community’s help. As an Electrical Engineering major she is preparing for a rewarding career once she graduates, but right now she is concentrating on her studies and finishing school.
As part of her life at university, Kayla is involved in many activities and societies, among them a selection to participate in Miss Black and Gold Scholarship Pageant that her campus’ fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha is organizing. The nomination has been a blessing and Kayla is determined to win and gain a valuable scholarship. However, in order to compete, all contestants must raise funds.
